Click on the Ad, then on the right side of the screen (on desktop) you should see a “send message to seller” box under the seller’s name. On mobile, scroll down to find the message box.
Sending a message this way also automatically sends the seller an email notification, as well as an on-screen notification, and leaves a message in their messages inbox.
You can reply to your messages from your inbox by selecting “messages” from the dropdown menu at the top of the site, or from your profile dashboard under “messages”. When on the messages screen, select “sent offers” for messages you sent about someone else’s ad, and select “received offers” for messages sent to you about your own ads.
