You can turn on the bidding option for your ad when you are posting your ad. The bidding option is near the bottom of the form, and requires you to turn it on and select an end-date for bidding.
If you wanted to turn on bidding but didn’t, simply edit your ad from the ad’s viewing page or from your dashboard.
Once bidding is on, a countdown timer will appear on your ad. There will also be a box for buyers to place a bid, located below your ad details.
The info window on the right side of the screen, under the “send message to seller” box, or below the ad details on mobile, shows the highest bid and other information.
When the timer has expired, both the high bidder and seller will receive email notifications notifying them of the successful highest bid.
From there, make payment and meeting arrangements as usual.
